Emlyn J. David, President and Chief Executive Officer

Emlyn J. David is the Chairman, President, and CEO of SustainCo Inc. (TSXV:SMS), a leading independent provider of sustainable infrastructure solutions and services.
Mr. David has over 25 years of corporate financial management, investment banking, and investment management experience. Since 2006, Mr. David has been Managing Partner of Cangap Capital Corp., a niche private equity/merchant bank investing in and providing strategic finance solutions to a wide range of companies, including interests in transportation, business aviation, healthcare services, media finance, alternative energy finance, and general commercial finance. He also currently holds the following positions:

Director, CEO, and President: SustainCo Inc.

Director and Secretary: Skyservice Business Aviation Inc. – the largest provider of private jet management and fixed based operations (FBO) services in Canada, as well as one of the largest in North America

Director and Chairman: Skyservice Air Ambulance Inc. – one of the largest providers of air medical evacuation and managed medical transportation services in the world and is a recognized leader in the industry.

Mr. David initially began working as a Corporate Financial Manager with Cambridge Shopping Centres, one of the largest public real estate companies in North America. Subsequent to that, Mr. David was a partner in a number of small niche investment banking/brokerage companies.

Nicholas Price, P.Eng., President of VCI Controls Inc.

Nicholas Price is President of VCI Controls Inc., a SustainCo company, and oversees SustainCo Solutions and Services brand.

VCI Controls Inc. specializes in building technologies and services that improve comfort, safety, energy efficiency, and occupant productivity. VCI is an industry leader in the development of intelligent building technology, including the integration of all building systems utilizing the latest in communications technology and standards such as BACnet and LonMark. In addition, VCI also offers a comprehensive suite of mechanical HVAC services and real-time performance monitoring.

Mr. Price has held a number of senior leadership roles in the building controls/HVAC industry over the past 25 years. He began his career with Honeywell Limited and served in a number of capacities, including Vice President and General Manager of the Buildings business in Canada. During his career with Honeywell he was recognized with a number of awards, including the Lund Award for excellence in leadership and employee development.

Nicholas Price holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree complemented by a Masters of Business Administration. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario. In addition, he has obtained certificates from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, Harvard University and Boston University, and he is as Certified Green Belt, Six Sigma Quality.

Chris Hazelton, CGA, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hazelton is the Chief Financial Officer for SustainCo Inc. and its companies.

Mr. Hazelton is a Certified General Accountant with over 15 years of experience working in a variety of industries. He has focused on public companies listed in Canada and the US; financial management; analysis and reporting; developing systems of internal controls and acting as a business partner with operational management and members of the board of directors.

Prior to 2007, Mr. Hazelton worked in a series of public and private entities primarily in management roles in industries that included retail, steel, technology and corporate trust.
